I fished right before sunset closer to the open water.

Never been there before. I had the vex.

Old boy with the ice pick said the morning bite was best.

Some lady about lost her dog in that open water.
The dog had a heck of time getting out.

Fish were jumping like crazy in that open water when I drove by this morning. I'm going to try and ice it tomorrow after work if the weather holds.

I don't know what they were thinking putting that tractor on <6" ice in the first place, I'm glad to see they are getting the rinks ready though.
