My dad told stories about ice skating when he was a kid where you had to get a running start on shore and never stop on the ice or you would fall thru. No thanks not for me. Never underestimate the power of alcohol to over come common sense.

Thanks Steve, Fun videos though a little risky. I bet he just came out of, and then went back into a hot sauna... As any one who has taken a hot sauna will know, you get really hot. Jumping into a snow drift or diving into 18" of columnar late spring lake ice tingles the skin, but doesn't feel cold. He had a good plan, albeit a bit risky.

I'm sure he made some money off that stunt and I suspect he was't the least bit drunk. He probably was after the fact.
