Default blowing in the wind

went out to aurora today for some last front range ice. ice was good at marina bay, seven inches and clear. fishing was ok for trout caught three in about two hours but the wind was horrible.saw many fishing items blowing across the ice. with the weekly forecast there may be another week out there.certaintly easier getting around then the mountains.

Sounds like ice season is not quite over, yet. Hope springs eternal.

The change to Daylight Savings time should provide evening walleye opportunities. Doing any good hucking metal from the dam?

Never even got damp!

Ain't worth the hassle of ice fishing for a couple slimy slimers! Once the flats broke up, I have absolutely no reason to go back there.
