Default warm wind

I am concerned about the ice with these temp. and winds, I remember a few years back I fished 11 mile first ice on the n.side I crossed 2 pressure ridges and fished on 4or5" of ice, 2 days later I went back and their wasen't any ice to be found. That is how fast it can go. Does anyone know how antero was this afternoon? I want to go and stay a few days but not untill the ice is good and safe. I am from Mi. and have fished on some very thin ice But not any more.
