Default ice rod holder

found a rod holder in my sister new house work great have not had a fish pull my rod out yet and easy to make
2 steel strapes one of them 4 feet and the other one 2 feet 1/2 inch strap 1/8 thick
3 poprivets
and 4 to 6 inches of 1 1/2 inch pvc pipe
i drill 2 holes in the top of the longer strap about 2 inches apart and put a bend about 4 inches back at about a 45
and them depending on how high i want them bend the same strap a foot from the frist bend at a 90 then half way to the end i drill a hole now put the other strap so it the same size as the last bend and drill a hole in the center and put the poprivet in so it make a cross and them pop the pvc to the frist bend u started with to put the rod in
they fold up nice and r easy to pack i get a pic of mine and post

Oh okay... My dad invented and sold thousands of Ice rod holders around colorado and the northern states... Just wondering if that was one of them. If anyone is interested I have a few hundred left I can sell. I'll try and post a picture if anyone wants. Sorry not trying to hijack the thread. Pm me if you like.
