Default I just wanted to give some props to The Big Tool Box

I took my auger into the Big Tool Box for a tune up and becasue I was having trouble with the pull cord. I talked to a guy named Dan in the shop.

First of all, I was pleased that Dan knew what an ice auger was, that gave me instant piece of mind...but then I found out Dan is an ice fisherman too! I was really relived.

Dan is a great guy, and he loves fishing the hard water...anyway, my auger works perfectly. They fixed it on the same day I brought it in (although it took me a few days to pick it up). The price was less then I expected to pay, and the auger runs like a freaking champ.

Thanks to whoever recommended them (I think it was fishinggal). If you live in the southern part of the city and you ever need small engine repair, I HIGHLY recommend The Big Tool Box on Holly (near County Line Road).

If you dont mind me asking... What did they charge you? What did they do to your auger (Standard Tune up Plugs filters ect)?

If it is personal then dont even bother replying(No hard feelings)... or maybe send a PM.

The reason I am asking is because i have an auger that needs tuned up and I know I can do it myself but was thinkng about taking it in just so i dont have to deal with the hastle.

That's the same one I've used in the past for small engine repair and I agree. PK
