Default Where to go for perch?

I am newer to fishing the Colorado area. I grew up fishing in Montana. I loved fishing for perch back in MT. I am looking for a place to catch some perch if anyone is willing to share some info . I understand if you don't want to give up your spots. Just lookin for a spot to catch a few perch.

If you want quantity, and don't mind cleaning a bunch of small ones, you'd be doing Crawford Res. a favor. Just off the boat launch, and off the SE campground. You may get a surprise, I once had a pike grab a perch while reeling in.

You could also try Barr Lake off the dam area.

I grew up in NE MT close to the border of Canada and ND. I also fished Canyon Ferry a lot.

I have a friend that frequents Crawford, the DOW says it is full of perch and probably the state record pike? So says the DOW, my friend has caught neither...
