Default anchovies?

How do they come? The only ones I've ever seen is the dried.... is there a full bodied anchovy that isn't dried?

Only places I know of here in the Springs are Outlaw Bait/Tackle and General Fishing Tackle. I checked at the local Safeways and City Market and they don't have them.
