Default Dillon Res.

Any one thinks Snake inlet at Dillon Res. going to be safe before Turkey day? I usually try the week after but I can't wait no more.

Way too early to tell. It's been colder then normal, so thats a good sign. With the rapid cool down and warm up, combined with the wind, that isn't great weather for making permanent ice. But man, I sure as hell hope its ready for thanksgiving weekend.

You can ice now if you aren't afraid of a hike.

I believe I was fishing Dillon during Trukey day weekend last year with about a couple hundred of our closest friends.

I was one of those hundred the Friday after turkey day. Just needed some hardwater. But those have to be the smallest kokes i've ever seen!

Yep, I was also 1 out of the 100 fishing there. Small Kokes but a very nice way to start out the ice fishing season.

Just buy out the local stores, and sell em up there for twice the price.

I should of , but this being my first time ice fishing last year, i just wanted to see some of the new guy catch some fish too. its more fun to catch fish then to watch a guy win the lotto(catching tons)
