Ricky-

I would call and ask for Johnny. Apparently he fishes a lot, so he would understand what's what. It can't be much $ to sew on a small patch. Any place that does custom boat cover work should be able to do it.

Paul's Custom Canvas up north has always done right by me, but they're 20 miles from you.

Well Don.. I just sent over an email to him.. Was easier so i can send a link to the shappel site so he can see what type of fabric.. I also had a picture of the cut i sent over to him.

When I went to his website and clicked on "contact us" it actually has a picture of him holding a nice pike

I'll let you guys know what he says. Thanks again Don!!

I am sure getting some quick responses today!! Already got a reply back from http://www.jedscustomservices.com/

"Ricky,
I do carry a patch kit, I dont have the kit in stock, but if you want to stop by, I would gladly give you a couple patches for free and explain how to put them on.... Your right about getting it fixed ASAP, the wind loves small tears, with a few more fixes without getting fix, it may indeed shred....
I will be in the office until 4 pm today, and until ten tomorrow, after that I will be down at the Denver Boat show where we have a booth...
Johnny JED
720-283-6464"

Needless to say i will be heading there after work And will be recommending jed's to anyone I know who needs any of that type of work done!!

It's nice to hear great stories like that.

Please let us know how it all works out.

I had a similar incident and what frabill told me to use was "shoe goo" to glue the patch on with. I thought that maybe you could use the info.
