Default Colorado, where ice fishing kinda makes sense for about 6 weeks....

Thought I would blow the dust off the ol' fly tying topic. I tied up a little red and white midge with red thread, cream midge tubing, a couple turns of white ostritch (sm ones from the base) and red bead. It has been killer on the tenkara rod I got for christmas.

Loving the warmer weather and and the ice free stone river in my back yard.

Poudre through town was always a great fishery if I didn't have but a few hours to blow. I used to stalk those slow moving pools for some midge sippers. Just a tiny twitch on a #26 black midge dry was a ticket on those buggers. I probably spooked as many as I caught. lol
Forgive me if I can't find anything positive to say about your stupidity.
