Default Got some new hooks, what to tie??

I just picked up some TMC 200R's in size 12, some TMC 2457's in size 16, and some Mustad C49S's in size 18. What should I tie

Thanks, I just picked up a few more hooks too, (like just now). I got some TMC 100's in 18 for some Pheasant Tails, and some other nymph and midge hooks.

Got the Winter 2007 Fly Tyer? The 200R's are great for tying Stimulators. Perfect proportions.

The 2457's must be pretty interesting in a 16. I use size 10's and 12's for Holographic Gummi Caddis nymphs. PM me and I'll send you the pattern.

Looks like this. Did these originally with a glass bead, then started using small black tungsten beads.

Those 200r's in a size 12 are perfect for my style of wooly worm. If you use a belly boat at all you should have some.
Just wrap the hook with ultra chenille and a sparse hackle over that(3-4 turns from hook bend to head). My favorite color is chartreuse with grizzly hackle, but all color combinations are fun to experiment with.
Lakes like Jefferson and Montgomery will produce double digits of fish just kicking around trolling 'em. The biggest rainbow I ever caught was at Spinney on a chartreuse one with a full sink line just barely moving it across the bottom.

Do you have a picture of the woolly worm? I think I know what you're talking about but a picture would be cool if you've got one. Thanks for the help.

thats a great hook. Tie up a Skip Nymph on it in Black. Use really spikey dubbing and put a black bead head on it. Really tease out the dubbing on it. its a great black stone fly attractor nymph.

Orion,
I'll try to get back with a pic. I only posted a pic once in a "biggest fish on a flyrod" thread and it was so small(the picture, not the fish) that it wasn't real easy to see it. Most guys on here post real nice pictures, but I guess I haven't figgered it out yet. Dadgum computers...
