Default Pike Flies

Anyone have any good pictures of their "best" pike flies? I am going to tie some up for this weekend, and was looking for some opinions.

I'll be able to get you some this weekend. I've never tried them on pike but I'm sure they will work. Here's a video that I based one of my pike flies off of.

Here it is, mine is pretty much the same except I wrap some lead on first to get a faster sinking rate:

Here's another good one:

For a fast sink rate I just use a 5/0 600SP hook, if you have seen one you know they are HEAVY

That's also an option.

I have tied some bunnies in olive and also in black. And mixtures of both. Sometimes large trout will follow and strike at the olives and blacks, but not so much the brighter chartruse colors. But, pike do like 'em bright, espically when the water is off color.

Good luck, my friend! Weather is suppose to break a little tomorrow afternoon, but who knows. Weathermen get paid right or wrong! Maybe next week I can get out there!

Well I got some flies tied, up, but the damn pike didn't seem to care. The cold front made them reeeeeal slow. Caught a couple on X-Raps, but nothin wanted the flies. Have a few good patterns now for future use. Thanks.

Way to brave the weather out there! It's too bad the pike didn't want the flies. I might go out tomorrow if I can get off work in time. Weather is suppose to be cold and snowy. Not too sure if that will be good or bad for the pike. I am kinda thinking on the bad side.
