Default What color is "Epeorus"?

I am heading to the West Yellowstone area soon and Blue Ribbon Flies talks about a Epeorus color/mayfly. What color is it and what dubbing color is approximately the same?

I don't think it is a specific color of the color wheel but the color of a species of mayfly.
Check this like for pictures.

Thanks for the help guys. The answer is not so easy. It looks like there is a lot to choose from. My wife solved my problem for me. She said go to the Blue Ribbon Fly Shop and ask. Buy the flies there. They know what they mean by Epeorus.

I don't want to kill the golden goose yet. She did let me buy a new pair of waist high waders. Along with this trip and smaller ones the next two months, I'll settle for the flies for this trip.

Thanks again. You guys are the best when I need help. Now, if only I could cast a little better. . . .

Well, I am not tryin to steal the wife's glory, but I will give similar advice. Go to CO Skies Outfitters and get a lesson with Theo. It will change your game.

Treat your wife well. She can surprise you with things like new Fishpond vests, Simms boots, a Winston Rod, Wright & McGill waders, pontoon boats, the list goes on.... and if you're a wife like me, boxes full of hand tied flies just like you asked for.

No wonder guys get all mad when they find out I'm already married.
