Tiemco's I've been getting as of late are ranging in the $6.50 area for 25, probably time to just get the 100 packs which I checked when I was at Charlie's yesterday and they were around $21. I agree the shipping on hooks is absurd. Almost as bad as when places charge for shipping based on dollar value of the order.

I have been considering buying Dai'riki's for some of my more common small flies. Has there been any changes since the latest post is from four years ago? I am concerned with straightening issues next spring when I go to Spinney and Antero Reservoirs.

Dai Rikki hooks are NOT tempered, they break super easy. Stick with TMC or Daiichi, you can never go wrong.

Saber hooks same deal, soft and break too easy.
