Default Boat <--? Help?

http://www.sevylor.com/Caravelle-3-P...oat-P2022.aspx

Ok sooo Me and my brother have been given a matching pair of blow up boats.

These boats have fittings for a 12v electric motor.

Looking at this guys boat

Is it really as simple as 2 clamps and a piece of wood?

2nd question I have is, how would some of you go about customizing these things to maybe have rod holders or something?!?! lol

I know, kinda funny, but its what were gonna have this season, so might as well make the best of it

I look forward to your ideas

Don't spend too much $$$ on customizing it because you will find out sooner than later that you want to fish out of something else.

X2, Remember how many times you have caught a hook on a piece of clothing. Those thing look dangerous to me. It is better than not going out but I just wouldn't feel comfortable on that thing. Maybe it's because I'm a big boy and not a 12 yr old 100lb kid. Sell them and get yourself a small aluminum boat you can throw on the back of your Ranger. If you commit to looking everyday all day you will find a deal on a small boat.

While I hear you guys, really I do, My brothers old lady got these as a V day present for us, and she is very proud of herself. Telling her our true opinion is kinda out of the question. Im sure you people out there with ladies understand.

Anybody able to touch base on the questions laid out? Thanks

I'd probably keep them for those hot summer days... floating down the South Platte...Deckers...or below Pueblo res to cool off and have some fun. Take her with...

Fishing..i'd do as others recommended.
