Default Ugly re-melts...

... That swim real nice!





Got the action I was after pretty much nailed on the first try... lucky I guess.

They can be moved along at a good clip without rolling, even with fairly light weight hooks.

I will be ordering some new raw plastic. I am so happy with the results.

I need to do another master with thicker fins and better aesthetics, but for the first softbait I could not be more pleased. Imma get some good fish with this thing.

Yeah, it is a pretty sweet set up. I REALLY like the action of that rod. Big-bait rods need a slower transition to power, IMO. I love that moderate speed/heavy power thing... and the way they did the setup, with all the guides and the position of the reel seat... they really dialed it.

I would LOVE this rod with higher quality materials and components, and an extra foot in length.
