I am going to be putting mustad weedless trebles onto some lures..
If you have fished these trebles or others would like to see the lure and hear the outcome..
Also any tip or suggestion would be helpful.. thanks ray

Some times I like to pour mustard on my trebles as well as I find it really helps the bite especially when the female hogs are holding around the hot dog stand in the ball park.

Mustad, Owner and Gamakatsu for sure make the top dog hooks. For me personally I fail to see the point of using a weedless treble in Co waters because your not going to be fishing around much if any hydrilla, milfoil, coontail, gator grass, Kissimmee grass, tulles, reeds and even timber. I have observed very little grass in our waters ( it is out there, don't get me wrong) but if your cranking around the limited vegetation we have you can run a square bill or lipless crank over the top of the grass beds if not matted on the surface and fish the outside weed lines. This can be done with a nice parabolic graphite or glass rod and some heavy fluoro or some 40-50 pound braid and you can rip your crankbait free when it hits grass.

Grolsch thanks for bringing that to my attention. .
It seems that small sticks, moss and weeds of all types find their way onto my trebles..
So we Will see if this helps. .

Weedless trebles are gonna hurt your hook-up %. If you dragging in alot of salad its time to T rig some soft plastics.
