I know that pond. Stocker trout. Troutbiscuits gave you good advice for that pond. Power bait will also be successful. There are several other ponds right in that area - next to the Safeway grocery in Frasier there are a couple.
You also are not far away from Lake Granby. BIG reservoir. You can rent boats from marinas or the shore fishing can be real good, too. In addition to Rainbow they also have Lake Trout (Mackinaw), Browns, and I think maybe Cuthroats. I think that's about it.
There is also Grand Lake, about another ten miles past Granby. That is the largest natural lake in the state. It is extremely deep. Same species as Granby.
There are other reservoirs in the region that are all driveable. There is also a guide there with an excellent reputation (I've never personally used a guide). Here is his link:

You are going to be there at a beautiful time, but don't forget you are in the Rockies! It can get wet, cold and windy in the blink of an eye, so be ready for darn near anything! Afternoon thunderstorms are common.
I'm up in Granby a lot, especially in the summer. PM me if you want to try to get together - I can share what little I know! That and a buck might get you a cup of coffee!
