Default Tadpole hatch?

How do I match it?

Went to a pond yesterday and there were a ton of huge tadpoles in the water and I watched as the bass fed on them. There were thousands upon thousands of them.

So, any advice on what I can use to match them? I don't think the fish cared about anything in the water unless it was one of these giant tadpoles and I cannot blame them. Ideas?

A few pics:

Get yourself some suspending crankbaits.

The RDG series from Baker are pretty good. Norman lures use to make an awesome suspending crank. I'll throw one over weed beds, crank it down and then pause it for a couple seconds, crank, pause, crank, pause, you get the picture.
