I've heard Pueblo is the only place they've stocked them here in Colorado - still small (relatively speaking) as they are only two or three years old. That's about all the info I have (sorry).

Add Barr Lake and Bonny Lake to that list.

I think there are more the DOW stocked a bunch in the 80's I believe.

They list them on their bag limit list... I've also been told they've been stocked there before when asking the same question as above where to fish for flatheads in Colorado... I said it before, I'll say it again the information I got is just information I have gathered from personal research... alot of it maybe outdated as lakes get drained or the information the DOW is out dated, ect.

I've never been to Bonny because since I've owned my boat, the water situation has been pretty rough, but if they are in Bonny, and they were stocked in the 80's, there should be some nice sized flatheads lurking. That would be really cool!

I'm surprised at what gets stocked into Barr. It's almost as if that's where all the leftovers are taken

Thanks ePic for the info!

Was just saying I have never heard of them in there, not that they weren't stocked at one time. I grew up fishing that since early 80's, just never seen one caught is all. Locals go to NB and catch big ones.

A few years back I heard a story that when some divers went into Bonny to retrieve a body (drowned), they came back up saying that they had seen catfish as big as them. Could of been some big flatheads. ?
