Hot college girls? In Boulder? Good luck.

You can catch walleyes off the rocks around the dam, if you don't fall and break your neck. (Oops, guess that's not a problem if you're in the canoe.) Quite a few LM bass too, but they seem to run to the small side.

I tried a couple of times this last August in my float tube. I had the most success along the rocks on the SE side of the res. Caught some LM and SM nothing huge but a couple of nice 13-14". I was using shad raps and trolling a brown grub tippped with crawler. No walleyes though. Lot's of boat traffic but I don't think that would be a problem now. Give it a try I say and good luck.

I have caught fish in that little pond/lake next to Boulder Reservoir. It's called Coot Lake. Caught some small trout, and lot's of bluegills. There were a ton of Bluegill some days in that little bay on the left side of the lake (facing the lake from the parking area). Hundreds. You could see them all, which was cool.
