Default Shaky head screw lock issue

Does anyone else have an issue removing an old plastics from the screw lock when using a shaky head? Every time I go to switch plastics the screw lock comes off

Put your finger against the screw lock and unwind the bait-that way your not turning the screw lock when removing the bait. Owner makes the best and you can buy them by the 10 pack-they have a centering pin that makes putting on a bait alot easier.
