If your current prop gave you good service just go with the same diameter and pitch
A slightly higher pitch may give you a little better top end but on a 20 hp not much. If you could get a tack I believe you want 5200-5400 rpm at full throttle.
And don't give up on your current prop-you can hammer out those dents and have at least a good spare-I've done
that many times on my boat.
