Where is the best place to catch big channel cats near Broomfield?

If you fish Standley you better have some strong line and big poles. My biggest cat out of there is 25 lbs, and I have caught limits of 4 and 5 lbers as well using cut sucker, carp, and shad!

Standley is the home of the new state record, no doubt. Arvada has some bruisers that are waiting to snap your line too

mr. standley has huge cats in it , but make sure u have at least 25lb test!

in the water!!!!!!just kidding the south shore line is ok, the new boat ramp is also good because thats were they stock those fish called trout,and im sure if its a big cat in standley its eating trout.
