Several fishing rods.
Landing net, (lost many)
a red plastic cup that fought like a walleye all the way to the boat.
umbrella, - collapsed - fought hard even though it was coming in top first.
a live clam - I got bonus points for the day for that catch
a 9.9 mercury outboard, almost,,,, caught on anchor and lost at the waterline

Fluke style anchor at the crack with my anchor, it was a bitch and I almost gave up but didn't want rope and shit getting someone's prop (because it probably would have been me on my next trip LOL).

I snagged Boondock one day. Tried to throw him back and drown him but he is covered in slimy hair and he got away. Ran off muttering something about his coupons expiring. While he was wiggling three diawa baitcasters fell out of his ass. I think they are probably there on the lakeshore.
PM for location.

Haha, good ones! I snagged a Scott 3wt fly rod with reel and line intact. The tip section was broken, but I was able to send it back to scott for repair. It's a fun little whipping stick for small streams, dry flies. On the flip side, I lost an ugly stick and reel one year. Not too long after a mutual friend snagged it and he found out it was mine and gave it back, which was cool. Bet there is lots of stuff at the bottom of some of our reservoirs.

Finding cool stuff is the one reason I want to get my scuba cert!
Buddy of mine used to volunteer and clean up Aurora reservoir. He said they would find all kinds of cool stuff and HUNDREDS of sunglasses and cameras.

When I was guiding on the San Juan, I had a couple dudes in my boat. One guy kept false casting until he snapped his bugs off. I heard them snap, immediately pulled over to re-rig. Took me a couple minutes to get him back up and running, looked back at the other guy to make sure he was ready and he was trying to pull an egg pattern off his face. When the guy up front was false casting he caught his buddy just below his eye. I couldn't believe it, he never flinched, never said a thing just sat there while I rowed to shore, and re-rigged his buddy. We finally got it out. I pinched the barbs from that moment on! LOL
