Default Garmin 73sv - anybody have this unit?

Im thinking of upgrading my current fish finder to this. Its on sale at BP for $450. It's last year model with side imaging. No chirp. I fish mainly Colorado and Nebraska waters and most of the time its either trolling or jigging.

Any one have any thoughts or experience with this ? Thank you.

CHRIP model is $200 more.

I'm not a tournament fisher. I fish for fun with my family and while its nice to catch fish I am not sure chirp is gonna put more fish in the boat.

Hummingbird helix best bang for the buck by quite a bit imo.
Not sure if your budget but helix mega 9 puts out crazy images.

Garmin DI and SI pics are no where near as good/clear as bird or lowrance.
Faron has pano but doubt you wanna spend that much as the transducer is around 2k alone.

I have a 93sv chirp with panoptix down. It is a good unit, base maps on most Colorado lakes suck with pretty much any unit I have seen. The Quickdraw or Autochart are pretty important.
