Just what the hell was wrong with the old way... new year, new license... I must be getting old 'cause all these changes lately are pissing me off! lol

I like the way Utah does it. A rolling year. If I buy my license 6/1/17, it expires 5/31/18. Plus an app on the phone so I don't have to remember to have it on me.

I always thought it was that the state ran on a physical year instead of a calendar year.
