Default Draining Spinney Mountain?

Spinney was at 76% of capacity about a month ago and based on the Aurora report from the 12th of April they now have it drawn down to 70%?
No clue how far down they are going to go with it, hopefully not to the 64% level of last year?
South Platte Basin is currently at 91% of average.

Perhaps a draw down prior to run off?

Normal IMO.
The water level will drop until the weather allows for more flows to start filling it.

Was up there last sunday the 22nd and water levels were about the same as years past this time of year. Things are about to gush, so definitely drawn down slightly to make room for runoff.

Fished the Colorado around Pumphouse Saturday and I never remember Green Mountain as low as it is right now.
