Default OK using dogs to detect invasive species

Oklahoma has begun to use dogs to sniff out invasive species including zebra mussels on certain lakes, Texas has also begun doing it on some lakes (Amistad).

Apparently the dogs can inspect (sniff) a boat faster and better then a human.

And they work for free. Gonna tell the inspectors down at Pueblo their days are numbered.

Yes, it's incredible what they can do with dogs now. I got to see a seminar by this outfit a few years ago: https://wd4c.org/

Unless you're on federal water... Blue Mesa for example. Still illegal as far as the feds are concerned.

I heard on one of the news shows (60 minuted or something like that) they are having to decommission a whole generation of trained dogs because they can't waste time with them get distracted when looking for targets of currently higher priority.
