Default Monument Lake in Monument CO info needed

I have a canoe and an electric minn kota trolling.

I see a few people on that lake/res w/o colorado registration tag "CL #####" and have attached electric trolling motors. Seen it already with 3 other people.

I need to know if anyone knows if: (questions)
1 - Can you operate a canoe with electric motor and no registration tag on that specific mass of water (Monument Lake, Monument CO)? (yes or no)

2 - Does that lake allows operation of electric exclusive trollings and not limited to just manual operation only (i.e. paddles)? (yes or no)

I need to know if anyone who either knows the law, follow the law by the books, or is a member of the particular law enforcement agency in charge of monitoring or surveying that mass of water.

All info, links, and feedback would be highly appreciated.

The towns website is http://www.townofmonument.net/
and when I click on the Monument Lake link just says Coming soon!

If you are running electric motor off a canoe, your don't need to be registered.

If you have a gas or electric motor on a canoe your boat must be registered.

Thats the thing DOW doesn't give tickets in that Lake for boating violations. Only for fishing licenses etc. I think I am off calling the Town of Monument for addition info on that.

was there about 10 yrs ago and the lake if I remember is a privately run. controlled by the resort there. wakeless only and if I am right less than 20 or 25 h.p. I would call about current regs though. Caught a bunch of fish on plastic dic nights (spelling ?). But beware of bears and that is no joke. don't leave jack sh** out or its gone. Seen one almost every 12 hrs. Security there runs bears off full time all summer long.

Isn't monument lake the little pond on the West side of town? Didn't they just stock that last year? I mean the thing is small enough where you can cast all the way out to the middle from the shore.
