Default Good Kokanee Lures

Im still a Kokanee Virgin and would like to start stocking my tackle box with lures. Do you all have any suggestions on sizes and lures? From mister Ed, it sounds like a pink taz devil is pretty good. Any other suggestions?

needle fish, Kokanee killer, red arnie. These always work for me at Blue Mesa and 11 Mile.

Pink, Pink, Pink.

Pink Taz, Pink zray and pink peanuts have all done well for me.

We have always caught kokes on just about everything you could use for bows and browns from panther martins and mepps to big ass cowbells and christmas trees trolling....I have never gone after kokes specifically but I have always caught them...I do second the pink tho....from the salmon egg style things on little spinners to big plastic pink flashers on cow bells they sure seem to like anything pink....

Don't forget about chartreuse.... I think chartreuse works better than pink certain times of the day.. did anyone mention wedding rings or shoepeg corn? must have's.

Where would one go to catch some Kokanee in the fall? Never fished or even seen one before.

I've been koke fishing where white corn was a must.........1 kernal on a wedding ring. If we didn't get a fish within 20 minutes, we'd reel in and usually find the corn missing. This was the case at Navajo res. many times.
