Default Blue Mesa

I am heading out to Blue Mesa for the first time. We will be there for 3 days. Does anyone have any tips on what to buy and which parts of the lake are good? I am targeting lakers and kokes

I have a lead core rod that I plan on using. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. If you do not want to give out your honey hole or secret to the public, please pm me.

Jesse

Yes. If you launch at Elk Creek Marina, take a right in the canyon and that will take you into Cebola basin...

Oh ok, well it should be a good trip. Hope to get into the lakers, but they are like in the 80-100 ft range right now so we'll see. Anybody got any secrets on lakers? or ideas? I have never done lakers either?
