there is alot of trout and kokanee in there , troll wedding rings and arnies behind pop gear , if you are on shore use lures like kastmasters , krocidiles or thomas buyonts , they stocked it recently

The wife and I went up sunday and caught a few stockers trolling the normal trout gear. If your taking a boat, watch out for the ramp there i'ts in really bad shape, but it's not impossible to launch.

Was fly-fishing there on Saturday.

I was not too impressed. A lot of small stockers rising to a Chironomid hatch some of which I caught. Fishing midge patterns to stockers is not my idea of fun. Maybe spin fishing would have been better.

I think this water is not very fertile or something - it's just another rocky, deep, put and take lake without much weed growth.

The beaches were really crowded and people were so loud that I heard screaching children echoing throughout the area. Not a really good fishing experience but I'm sure it could be better on a different day.

So not true! There are some HUGE fish in there. Last time i was there this lady pulled out 29" Brown trolling. Its like any other lake, put your time in find the fish and patterns and BAM!

Nobody go there its not worth the time

I've heard of the big browns in there that munch on the stockers but don't you have to fish a hell of a long time to catch one?

It is an oligotrophic (low bio-mass) lake however.

Maybe I'll hit it again in the fall.
