Default Green River Photos

Went to the Green River last week and the fishing was awesome. Took a cool shot of the food of choice for the trout.

Here is the fooled trout with the fly

remove the quotes and insert the url in between the [img][/img]. you are missing the / on the closing tag.

And the fish are not too selective either! I fished it last weekend, since I live very close and gas is $3.50 a gallon. (drift boats don't use gas either!) While those cicadas are out, the fish will hit nearly any size 8 to 10-ish fly that's even remotely close. I caught fish after fish on big caddis, stimulators, any kind or color of trude, humpys, hoppers, you just about name it. And of course, the foam bug you pictured . . .well . . . that's hardly fair!

10,000 trout per mile looking up for big bugs. It is definitely unique, and only happens like it is now once or twice a decade.

Awesome! That's what I fished in WY last week was cicadas. So much fun.

Thanks for the Pic help! Are there any good cicada hatches in Colorado? It was sweet getting away from fishing the size 20's
