There are other members on here in the 10lb club...that website is great, no new thing, but you can spend days on there...too bad there is not more on local reservoirs. I suppose if you spent generations on a lake with stable water, patterns would be simplified!

Yeah, the website is great, a wealth of info there. I've been reading it for the past couple of years. Always something new. I hope you get your ten pounder someday. My largest have come from chatfield, trinadad, and my best was from pueblo.

Good Luck! Good Fishing!

Oh man, I'm a major jigger too. I love roadrunners with a fuzzy grub tipped with half a crawler or a minnow. All but one of my best fish have come on jigs. My best, from Pueblo, was 13.6 lbs fishing a Fat Bomber A trolling at night in late July, just west of sailboard flats on the edge of the plateau (sp) in 2004 in fifteen foot of water. It's still a great spot at night. The Fat Bomber A is my favorite nighttime lure, great action and rattle, but I can't stop using my roadrunners and 2 and a half inch storms with the twister tails in shad color.

A little trivia on Walleye Central. Scott Golden (owner of the site) lives in Ft. Collins. I have fished against him in tournaments since the late 80's. He started that site after Al Gore fathered the internet in the early 90's.

Neal/CO is in his 6th or 7th year of putting together a yearly event where local Walleye Central posters get-together at a lake up in WY. This year Neal is having a get-together at Glendo. Mid August I believe. The get-together is open to anyone, just show up and catch some fish, drink some beer and help with the fish fry.

Like Dave said, everyone is invited! Just register to the site like you did here. There is alot of cross over between the two sites anyway. I met Dave (Setthehook), Art/CO, Eric Ewing, Work2fish, Collie, (Walleye970) and Muleskinner, who are all members of this site at WC. All are excellent fisherman and I have learned a ton from them. I am trying to get Zman, Donald B. and Eyehunter to join us this summer also.

That Get-Together is August 24-26th at Glendo. Last year we had it at Seminoe. Over the years it has gone from 4 people to 50, to a dozen attendees last year. I don't fret over how many show up anymore, because we always have a great time there! We pool our fish from the first two days and have a huge fish fry on Saturday night. Scott reserves the pavilion at shelter point and we all camp close by, in the near by trees.

We had our first Colorado Fisherman Get-together at Glendo last Febuary and it really went well. We will do it again this up coming ice season!
