Default what is that pond ?

I've always driven by it when i visit Target across the street. I've seen people there and i could swear they where fishing it. It's that pond with the geyser/fountain spitting out of it. right next to the doubletree hotel. Does anyone know if fishing is even allowed or if any fish exist in there? Seems like it would be a nice place to fish among the city.

I've also seen people fishing it but never stopped to investigate.

Yes...

start by calling the city/county that it is in to find out who manages it, then call them. I've had off and on success doing that, usually it takes about 10 calls and 20 transfers to find the right person, but if you find them they are more than willing to give up any info you ask for about the place.

I'm not sure, but I think it's part of the hotel property. I remember it was built shortly after the hotel was.
