Default any dowdy reports?

thinking of taking the kid out for some bobo's, any words of encouragment?

I've never gone to Dowdy with out catching at least 20+. Allways a good place to take the kids. However I have not been up there this season. If you take a left and follow the road untill it leads you to the turn around park there and fish about 35 to 50 yards of the shore behind all the rocks. Good luck

Careful though, I read that there are some thin spots on the ice. In a recent post, somebodies friend fell in - but was okay. Make sure you drill some holes when you get onto the ice to check the thickness.
