Default A friendly reminder of a reminder.

Rejoice for tomorrow is April 1st... The opening day of Arvada reservoir!

I'll probably give it a go next weekend while making the rounds...

Dang I sure wish I had a small jon boat just for that place. One of my favs. but maybe with the water back up I can get into my smallie spots on shore. Thanks for the reminder.

There is no brush, no submersion, and no fish!!!

Ok, so maybe there are some carp, but THAT'S IT!!!

BTW, anyone ever walk around that place? Me and a couple of friends walked the entire lake. That little pool at the bottom of the spillway is chuck full of real nice fish, but I don't think you are allowed to fish it.

Dang I knew it was off limits....tigers?!? I know I saw some real nice bass in there, wonder if they move them back to the lake ever.

there was a musskkie group that was allowed to net fish in there some time ago, and put them back in arvada, but they dident get them all, a six in bass under a slip float get em ever time! thats only if you can fish it!!!!
