Fireline Crystal.

Braid is OK for spinning, and will stand up to more line twist than mono will.

I have both Power Pro and FireLine and I like the power Pro best .... Both lines are on the same model spinning reel.

Before going on a trip a few weeks ago I spooled my spinning reel with 14 lb Fireline Crystal. It casts a mile, is strong as hell, and you can instantly feel everything that bumps your hook. The only downside was an occasional wind knot, but that only happened twice. I'd recommend Fireline.
