Default The proverbial weekend plans thread

I was going to go camping with the boys up at Geneva Pass. But I haven't been food shopping in weeks plus there are several other things I've neglected. So I will be fishing some where early mornings and possibly evenings and take care of my biz in the afternoons.

What up?

Hitting Monument lake in about an hour to fish with the Vets again..Should be fun..Off to view the wildflowers on Saturday or Sunday..A couple of brookie ponds along the way and a lake with cutts at the end of the trail..I guess we'll see what's up there.

Leaving early Saturday morning to begin a 8 day adventure in the Flattops. Never spent much time in the area but have been putting alot of time in studying the topos and researching the area lakes.

Hey man, there are some pigs in some of those lakes. Dont be afraid to throw metal at them. I have fished up there since 1986 and I am filled with envy.
