Default Map chip question?

What is the best/accurate chip for our area? My buddies chip is definately not that accurate out here compared to the midwest area lake chip that he has. I finally have a lowrance that will take a chip and I love the contour lines - when they're accurate. Thanks for any input.

I can't find a chip for Lowrance units that has a decent number of Colorado lakes, with decent contours. The free Enhaznced Lake maps from Lowrance are decent, but they only have a few Colorado/Wyoming/Utah waters.

I haven't checked for Garmin. But I've looked at everything there is for Lowrance.

Unfortunately, Lake support for Colorado waters is very weak.

Man you need a gps to find the tower at chatty its the big cement structure by the dam. All you had to do is ask me and you would have saved $600 bucks.
