Default bingham lake

does anybody think they will ever change the no boat rule at bingham lake or atlest allow belly boats

Not very likely. That little pond is privately owned and operated. As long as there is a threat that the irrigation pipes that water the golf course below will become clogged with mussel shells, they will do all they can to stop the mussels from spreading into that little body of water.

Is it privately owned or city (public) owned? If it's truly private, then they have more of a right to regulate it than if it was city (public) owned.

MHF is right It is owned by the pinery parks and rec and the DOW has nothing to do with it so the pinery parks and rec can do what ever they want to do with it with no questions asked.
But it is to bad that lake is fun to fish and it is so close to my house. Me and my bro got a Raft that we wanted to take out there but I guess not now.

What About the numerous large crappie that are in there? There are also some huge bluegills in there Those make up for the dink bass you catch there.
