I've tried to find the rules for this place, I think there is a sign that says no boating, wading, or swimming at the lake but I've seen people belly boat it so Im not sure... might just be a sign I seen at Willow Springs and think I saw it there. I was told while ice fishing Willow Springs by the Officer that politely kicked me off that Willow Springs is a county park so it has different rules then the city parks... I know you can boat at Prospect which is a city park. So its hard telling.

yes you have to pay a ridiculous fee to boat at prospect. Also many unclear rules that seem retarded. not even worth it. But you can play craps or dominoes (GAMBLE) over on the south east side of the lake, all hours of the day.

Looks like a permit is required to operate even a bellyboat on Quail.
