Want to head to spinney tomorrow and was wondering if you guys think it would be worth while after this front. The cold and wind don't bother me but I'm out of touch with that area and should the trout be on or do you think it will take a day or so to recoup after the storm.
If you can wait a day after the Storm I would, I've fished Spinney during cold fronts and have not had as much luck doing so, it seems like they just arn't as willing to hit.
I'm going to wait and try to get up there Thursday or Friday but Wednesday might be good with some overcast. I also don't want to hit any black ice at 5 AM either. Let us know how you do.
I usually fish the day after a cold front. In fact, I make it a habit to fish DURING the colds front. I do really well in the cold, rain and snow, so I would so to go to Spinney tomorrow.
Blackjack, I'll be there Thursday and Friday morning in a 16.5" blue Lowe. Swing by for a minute and swap whats working. Good Luck!
