Default Rod Recommendations

I received 2 2500 Stradics for X-mas. Which rod do you recommend (length/Action)?

I had my eye on the Crucial, but it comes in a 1-piece only. It's between the Compre, Avid & maybe the Triumph.

Thanks in advance...

6'6-7' St Croix Avids. Go with the Medium/Light & the Medium actions.

Are you looking for a two piece rod?

If they have to be two piece I will agree with Andy on the St.Croix Avids. I think they are the best rod you will find offered in a two piece. I would go with a 6'6" ML and a 7' M

Thanks for everyone's input.

I would like a 1-piece, but it's much more practical to get a 2-piece.

SWEET!!!!!!
As far as rods, what do you want to do with them? cast jigs, snap jerkbaits, fish live minnows........
I think that plays a more important part than just the brand name.

the best ever!

and I like the mediums good back bone for big fish but not and over kill either
if your tossing smaller offerings a fast action tip will get your lures bait or what ever out further
