Default How to get to dream stream from denver

I got good directions to go through CO springs, and through manitou springs. I was just wondering if there's a quicker way to get there from Denver.

Thanks in advance.

Or 285 through fairplay would work. From my house it takes less time through the springs but from the west side of town I'd go 285.

285 to Fairplay and then 9 South to Hartsel. There is a sign for 11 mile right in town. Hit that dirt road and it goes past Spinney toward 11 Mile and you'll see the bridge/parking lot for the DS.

When we were living in Golden, i checked the milage both ways, its shorter going thru the Spgs by like 6 miles, you can get to the Spgs faster but its pretty much the same distance either way.

I definitely prefer thru the springs. 4 lane interstate/highway until about 10 miles past woodland park, and the last 20 - 30 miles is 2 lane highway.
