Default stocking perch

I have a friend who is interested in stocking a private pond with some perch. Anyone have any info on how to go about getting this rolling? Thanks.

Be careful when stocking perch. They have the ability to entirely ruin and take over a fishery and become stunted.
I fish with a can, 12 lb test, a trebel hook and a ball of powerbait.
