Default north greeley area

just moved to eaton from loveland and im loking for a place to bass fish with out going back to loveland/ft.c area. any ideas? i support c&r so dont think ill fish out your spots and ill pack out any trash too. thanks

There's a nice sized pond next to the river on the south side of greeley where I used to catch em. It's been a long long time though, so you might not even be able to fish there anymore. Can't even remember the name of it. probably about 10 miles down 85 from eaton.

There is nothing in greeley......but trashy lakes anymore. Lived in the area for 40+ yrs and the closest descent bass fishing is windsor area. otherwise you have to go to FC or loveland. There are still the loner bass or two in a few ponds in greeley, glenmere park by unc and riverside res. still have a few. but the city of greeley and the DOW have pretty much ruined the bass fishin in this area with their stocker trout. Seeleys lake was descent, was somewhat of a mut lake. never knew what you were gonna catch. Even had some up and coming wiper action with the stocking of it a few yrs ago, but the DOW lost the lease on it.

Best to take the 20 minute drive back west or the 1 hour drive out east.
