loveland guys!!
for the first time in my 28 years I dont live in loveland, I moved to eaton so I am wondering how lakeloveland and lon hagler are doing any safe ice yet?

After the last couple of days, there's bound to be fishable ice on both. Last Friday, both had a thin cover.

As of yesterday Loveland had zero visible ice and the lake was waving big time due to the wind. I don't think it will be fishable until one or two more cold snaps. Sorry!

If you are ice fishing in zero degree weather, and it's supposed to be twice as cold tomorrow, how cold will it be?

Loveland was frozen yesterday when I went by, but the ice looks quite sketchy...

LOL.....I think you might just have me figured out pretty good Dave  If I didn't know better I probably would've grabbed the jerkbait box and headed up there tonight!!!! I won't go so far as to say I'm ready for ice off........probably need to stock up on sleep before it gets here tho!!!!
